The Canyon Views at Sunbrook
A few months ago, we were asked to provide the landscape for a parade home! It was slated to be featured in the 2021 St. George Area Parade of Homes.
We were honored to be given the opportunity to showcase our work on such an amazing stage. And we jumped at the opportunity to landscape a parade home.
This fantastic home is called The Canyon Views at Sunbrook and is #18 on the tour. It was built by Sun Hill Development, in the Canyon View Ridge subdivision at Sunbrook. It has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, 7,670 sq ft of living space, and is priced at $2.35 million.
Upon entering, you are treated by breathtaking views of Pine Valley, Snow Canyon, and the prestigious Sunbrook Golf Course. All of which invites one to experience the home’s magnificent combination of peace and comfort. The home also features a private casita for guests. And it also has a spacious main living area with large seamless windows creating an air of tranquility.
Our Landscape Concept for the Parade Home
The exterior of the home is masterfully designed with an inviting courtyard at the entrance to the home. The backyard boasts large covered spaces for entertaining and relaxing looking out over the signature hole on the Woodbridge Nine at Sunbrook.
Our landscaping on this parade home utilized hundreds of square feet of pavers to create spaces for relaxing in the shade. We also placed dozens of large boulders around the project. And we created an amazing natural grass space, perfect for hosting an outdoor event. The space is capped off with a fire pit in the backyard perfect for an intimate gathering of friends.
