What qualifies as a waterwise landscape when it comes to getting the St. George Synthetic Turf Rebate? We’ve got a whole lot of examples in this photo gallery!
Maintenance-free landscape on a large lot is a challenge. Traditionally, space means grass, trees, or a garden, and all require maintenance. But artificial grass, pavers, fire features, a hot tub, porcelain tiles, and low-maintenance plants can fill a large space and create a unique outdoor entertaining space if done right. That was the challenge we…
Water and fire are two elements generally thought of as completely incompatible. Fire turns the water into steam. Or water extinguishes the fire. Yet one of our recent landscaping projects in Washington, Utah incorporated those two elements along with a third – earth in the form of boulders – into an amazing pair of water/fire/stone…
A gallery of images showing water-saving artificial grass incorporated into spectacular southern Utah landscapes. From putting greens to full-sized lawns, artificial grass provides green space while saving water and maintenance costs.
We surrounded this newly installed pool with an amazing landscape that was complemented by a beautiful gazebo installed after our work was completed. The home is located in Little Valley in the shadow of the cliffs just north of the St. George Regional Airport.
For Rich and Bonnie’s landscape in Kayenta we created a zen-like atmosphere in their front courtyard. And we incorporated the landscape surrounding the home into the features of their backyard. We built a lovely little water feature that will be framed by the Red Mountain as they look out their back windows. And there will…
We finished up an amazing project last week… It’s on the south end of St. George and features a sandy spot for sunbathing just a few feet away from the new pool…. so we’ve taken to calling it the “South Beach” project…
This landscaping project in Washington Fields, Utah features numerous planter boxes created from corten steel. Corten steel takes on a rusted look but won’t deteriorate from the rust as the years go by making it a fantastic steel for use in outdoor landscaping projects.
This landscaping project in the Cove subdivision at Sunbrook overlooks the second hole, an uphill par 5 on the Pointe nine at Sunbrook Golf Course. Artificial turf and a waterfall feature accent the backyard.
A landscaping project featuring a fiberglass pool in the Reserve subdivision in St. George, Utah.
An landscpaing project in an expansive backyard on a large lot in the Ventana subdivision in Little Valley.
Due to water table issues, the pool in this Washington Fields backyard was raised a few feet above the level of the rest of the yard. This creates several different levels in the landscaping and presents a fun way to separate the various outdoor spaces.
We landscaped a home that backs onto the Washington Parkway and utilized greenery that will grow to block the traffic and noise and create a secluded backyard space.
We installed an artificial turf putting green at a home along the Ledges Golf Course. A great place to practice your short game without leaving home.
This amazing home is featured in the 2021 St. George Area Parade of Homes. It’s called The Canyon Views at Sunbrook and is #18 on the tour. It was built by Sun Hill Development, has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, 7,670 sq ft of living space and is priced at $2.35 million. The…
Tight on space in a narrow backyard, a clover-shaped design for the pool left two separate areas for landscaping. We added artificial grass to one space, perfect for lounging poolside. We also placed palm trees around the whole yard to provide shade on those hot summer days.
Our homeowner added a 50 meter long custom swimming pool to his backyard and had an eyesore of a retaining wall needing to be replaced.
We updated the landscaping around a newly built casita, the pool, and the inground trampoline at a home in Little Valley.
A tile pool deck surrounded by landscaping on the edge of the Sunbrook Golf Course.
We created a terraced look with sitting spaces to watch the sunset and raised planter beds for gardening built from pavers for this client in Stone Cliff.
